The Carrollton Housing Authority not only provides public housing. We offer two and three bedroom houses and duplexes at an affordable rate.
To qualify for these units, you must come into the office to retrieve an application and schedule an eligibility screening. Our application process is as follows: criminal background check on anyone 18 years of age and older, verification of the past five years of residency, and a credit check. We also require copies of Photo ID, Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, and Verification of household income.
