Position: Tenant Selector

Job Description: Responsible for performing a variety of duties, including taking and processing applications for housing, selecting and processing of tenants, collecting rent and maintaining tenant files.

Qualifications: High School Graduate/GED Equivalent with a minimum of two years of experience working in the housing industry and office related duties.
Must have skills using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook, understanding of automate systems and have a valid Georgia Driver License. Customer service experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities may be considered sufficient.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications. Benefits consist of paid holidays, vacation, sick leave and retirement plan.
