Shelter Plus Care Coordinator

Position: Part Time Shelter Plus Care Coordinator (30 Hours Per Week)

Job Description: Responsible for implementation of Shelter Plus Care Program and to Perform clerical duties, intake and assessment of clients and maintain accurate files and records.

Qualifications: High School graduate. One or more years of college.
At least two years of experience working in social services with a focus on mental health services.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications.
