Housing Choice Voucher

The Carrollton Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program is a rental assistance program for low income families. The HCV Program is  funded from Federal dollars that is dispersed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The participants are chosen from a waiting list. The waiting list is open periodically and the dates are announced in the Times Georgian classified section. Eligible families must keep their application up to date. All changes must be reported in writing.
